Custom CNC Parts in Birmingham — One-Offs, Quoted

You need one bracket. Or a plate that is not in a catalog. Or a circle that has to match a sign that already exists. That is a one-off. It is not a blank in the shop.

The shop sells ready-made pieces with a price: acrylic circles, plywood squares and hexes, 6061 plates, mild steel for heavier bases, sample packs so you can see the edge. Those sit in the shop. Custom work does not.

What a one-off actually is

A one-off is a part we cut to your job. Size, holes, material, and edge are the point. We look at what you need and we quote that. See custom parts.

It is not an instant national cut. It is not a portal. There is no upload form. Email a photo, a drawing, or a description. Contact is the only path.

What we cut when the job is real

• Acrylic for signs and displays.
• Plywood for blanks and crafts.
• 6061 for brackets and fixtures.
• Mild steel for heavier base plates.

If it is already a shop size, buy the blank. If it is not, write us. Do not invent a SKU in your head and look for a button.

How you know it is custom

• The hole pattern is yours.
• The outline is not a square, hex, or circle we already sell.
• You need two, not two hundred.
• The last shop wanted a full CAD package and a minimum run.

Two of those and it is a quote. Combining it with a flattening job is fine. Same shop. Same contact line.

What we need from you

Material if you know it. Size. A photo or a sketch. What it has to bolt to. We are in Birmingham. Local pickup. Price depends on material and time. We will not put a starting-at number in an article. We will not promise a day count.

Do not send a DXF and ask for an add-to-cart total. Flattening, one-off parts, and whole models stay on a conversation. Shop SKUs stay priced.

After the part exists

If the next one is the same, say so. Repeats get easier. If the table was the problem last time, read why the table is lying before you cut the next batch.
