4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change without notice. Additional charges may apply for rush orders, complex designs, or special materials.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your quote. For new customers, we may require a deposit before beginning work. All payments must be made in full before final delivery of completed projects.

6. Quality and Accuracy

While we strive for the highest accuracy in all our work, minor variations are inherent in the cutting process. Tolerances will be specified in your project quote. We guarantee our work meets industry standards.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

8. Revisions and Cancellations

Revision requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving design proofs. Cancellations may incur charges for work already completed. No refunds on custom work after production has begun.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to our processes, techniques, and proprietary information. Customers retain rights to their original designs and specifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Privacy
