CNC Scale Models in Birmingham — Whole Builds, Quoted

A scale model is not a bracket. It is not a circle in the shop. It is a set of parts that have to fit, and often a build after the cut.

The shop sells ready-made pieces with a price: acrylic circles, plywood squares and hexes, 6061 plates, mild steel for heavier bases, sample packs so you can see the edge. Those sit in the shop. A whole model does not.

What a whole model actually is

Architectural site models. Interiors. Presentation pieces. Trade-show graphics with layers. Vehicle or machine replicas cut to a stated scale. See entire models.

We cut the parts. We can assemble. That is a quote, not a SKU.

How you know it is a model job

More than one part has to fit the next part.

The drawing is a building, a machine, or a display, not a single plate.

You care about the assembled thing, not one blank.

The last shop wanted a production run. You want one.

Two of those and it is a quote. One-off plates live on custom parts. Models live here.

What we need from you

Scale if you have one. Material if you know it. A photo, a drawing, or a description. How it has to sit when it is done. We are in Birmingham. Local pickup.

There is no upload form. Email it. Contact is the only path. Text, email, or phone.

Do not send a STEP dump and ask for an add-to-cart total. Flattening, one-off parts, and whole models stay on a conversation. Shop SKUs stay priced.

What we will not invent

We will not put a starting-at number in an article. We will not promise a day count. Every model is different. When the job is real, we look at it and we quote that model.

After it exists

If the next one is the same scale, say so. Repeats get easier. If a layer of it is really a one-off plate, say that too. Same shop. Same contact line.

If the table is lying, flatten it first. Read why the table is lying before you cut a pile of layers that will not stack.
