CNC Blanks in Birmingham — Acrylic, Plywood, 6061, Steel
Priced CNC blanks in Birmingham: acrylic circles, plywood squares and hexes, 6061 plates, mild steel. Custom sizes stay quoted. No file upload.
A blank is a size we already cut. It has a SKU. It has a price. It is not a one-off.
Those sit in the shop. Acrylic circles for signs and displays. Plywood squares and hexes for crafts and blanks. 6061 plates for brackets and fixtures. Mild steel for heavier bases. Sample packs so you can see the edge before you order more.
If the size is not in the shop, it is not a blank. It is a quote.
What a blank actually is
Each size and thickness is its own SKU. You pick it. You pay the listed price. You do not email a DXF for a 4 inch circle we already sell.
Custom diameter is not a blank. A hole pattern that is yours is not a blank. See one-off parts.
How you know to buy the blank
The outline is a circle, square, or hex we already list.
The thickness is one we already cut.
You do not need a special hole pattern.
You just need the piece.
Two of those and skip the quote. Buy it. We are in Birmingham. Local pickup on shop orders the same as custom work.
Sample packs
If you have not seen our edge, start there. Acrylic, wood, and a waterjet edge sample live in the shop with a price. That is the cheap way to know if the cut is what you want. It is not a catalog of every material on earth.
What is not in the shop
Flattening. Whole models. A plate that has to match a part that already exists. Those stay on contact. There is no upload form. Email a photo or a drawing if you have one.
Do not invent a SKU in your head and look for a button. If it is not listed, write us. If it is listed, buy it.
What we will not invent
We will not paste shop prices into an article so they go stale. The live price is on the SKU. We will not promise a day count. We will not tell you to dump a file for a blank that already has a cart button.
A quote is a conversation. Read how a quote works if the size is yours. If the table is lying, flatten it first.
Same shop. Same rule. Blanks stay priced. Custom stays quoted.
